The Job:
FCI is in search of a Sales Administrator to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role of supporting our sales efforts by providing administrative assistance in areas such as coordinating order entries, retrieving and reviewing order requests, and providing data support to our Regional Sales Manager and Inside Sales personnel.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll do more than just support our sales team. Your position will be an integral part of our growth journey for the overall FCI’s business with unparalleled opportunities to advance and excel within our sales division. This role works closely in cross-functional teams for both our Aerospace and Industrial Sales divisions. 

Who We Are Looking For:  
  • A highly detailed oriented Sales Administrator who can juggle multiple tasks and priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate with a strong background in customer facing areas that can build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively within our cross-functional sales division.

What You’ll Do: 
  • Perform order entry function of both the production sales and repairs in our ERP System called Syteline.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding our products that have been returned for evaluation and repair.
  • Facilitate customer product returns by recording in Syteline, issuing RMA numbers, and working closely with our repairs department and production to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Coordinate shipments based on high priority from the customer’s needs and track on-time delivery performance for repairs.
  • Support the sales department in meetings by booking performance metrics with emphasis on meeting annual repairs booking forecast.
  • Update and maintain multiple forecasts, reports, and operational statistics.
  • Assist the management team in ensuring customer terms and conditions are communicated to the affected departments.
  • Provide after sales support such as order revision, order status and coordinating after delivery issues with Customer Service personnel.
  • Prepare formal quotations in response to the customer’s Request for Quotations (RFQ).
  • Compile cost analysis of materials, labor and outside services to establish pricing for spares, repairs, and legacy part numbers.

What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some college preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of order entry experience in a comparable manufacturing environment.
  • Inside sales and/or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and produce quality work while maintaining focus within the mandatory time frame.
  • Demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills across internal and external business channels.
  • Must be able to understand basic Aerospace terminology in relation to FCI’s product lines.
